...And there will be fun. It was a true soirée, my friends. It was quite the event tonight, an evening full of new friends dressed in perfect French fashion complete with chic, button-down collared shirts and freshly polished dress shoes. I enjoyed a meal on the terrace with my friend Laura, a meal of orange glazed chicken and basmati rice before attacking the night. Though my dance moves were not quite as sleek and stylish as I had hoped, I managed a few rounds of applause before heading home at nearly sunrise. Whew, what a night. Tomorrow, I'm stealing a nap in the hammock next to the perfectly arranged patio at Laura's house. A good weekend has arrived.
